化学アプリ4本「有機化学の構造式」「高分子化学」「有機化学」「無機化学」（Android / iOS）に共通の、アカウントと学習データの削除方法です。
はじめに要点だけ
削除が終わると、サインアウトした状態に戻ります。インターネットに接続した状態で行ってください。
アプリを削除してしまった場合や、アプリ内の操作ができない場合は、下記のメールアドレスへご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認するため、サインインに使った Google アカウントのメールアドレスからお送りください。
件名に「アカウント削除の依頼」、本文にアプリ名をお書きください。3営業日以内に削除し、完了をご連絡します。返信が届かない場合は サポートページ の予備の連絡先をご覧ください。

クラウド上の削除は、操作した時点で即時に行われます。

［設定］→［成績の削除］から、カテゴリごと、または全ての学習記録を削除できます。サインインしている場合は、クラウド上の記録もあわせて削除されます。アカウントとプロフィールはそのまま残ります。

If you have already uninstalled the app, email kagaku_y_test@yahoo.co.jp from the Google account address you used to sign in, with the subject "Account deletion request" and the app name. We delete your data within 3 business days and confirm by email.
Deleted immediately: your study records (correct counts, points, best and average scores, lap progress, study time and study days), review list, my list, review calendar, profile (display name, icon, linked SNS accounts, public profile) and campaign reward status. When you delete from inside the app, the records stored on that device are removed as well.
Kept: the link to your Google account (email address, display name and user ID) is kept so you can sign in again and start from scratch — ask us by email if you want this removed too, and we will delete it along with everything else. We also keep only the user ID as a deletion marker so that records are not restored by mistake. Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports expire automatically under Firebase's default retention (up to 90 days for crashes, up to 14 months for analytics).
Go to Settings → Delete records to remove records by category or all of them. When you are signed in, the cloud copy is deleted as well. Your account and profile remain.
